Upstate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery:
We are a small private practice dedicated to providing our patients with the best possible experience. We are seeking a hard-working and experienced administrative assistant who can help our practice grow and succeed. Our ideal employee is adept in multitasking, detail oriented, great time management skills, and has a positive and helpful attitude to help uplift our staff members and provide our patients with excellent care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone and respond accordingly – primary position to answer phones with high call volume
- Assist with checking in patients
- Respond to patients Weave text messages
- Call to confirm patients’ appointments
- Check voicemail and respond accordingly
- Schedule / coordinate appointments both in and out of office
- File treatment plans
- Check out patients and take proper payment and collect any balance due
- Basic front office duties
- Collect mail daily
- Call patients on Aged Receivables report

Qualifications and Requirements
- · High School Diploma

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
