- Safely operate a roll-off truck to transport containers to and from customer locations.
- Ensure all loads are properly secured for safe transport.
- Pick up, deliver, and unload roll-off containers at designated locations.
- Maneuver and control the vehicle in various conditions, including tight spaces, construction zones, and different weather conditions.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and supervisors for route updates.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues promptly.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and adhere to company maintenance schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with customers and clients.
- Assist in warehouse operations when not driving, including loading and unloading trucks, pulling stock, and processing orders as needed.
- Follow all DOT and company safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience operating a roll-off truck preferred.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
