Overview
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media and Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. Additionally, you will be tasked with Videography and Photography to enhance our training efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and marketing trends to drive engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand voice and identity.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities; utilize social listening tools to inform strategy.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.
Skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
- Strong skills in content creation including graphics, copywriting, and video editing.
- Experience with advertising on social media platforms to drive targeted campaigns.
