Job Summary :

In support of Upstate's ongoing growth we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Feeding Program Case Manager to join our Pediatrics Team providing behavioral feeding services to children who are diagnosed with pediatric feeding disorders (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder).
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinates all clinical care for children served in the feeding program.
- Evaluating new patients and coordinating multidisciplinary care.
- Scheduling and clearing patients, family orientations, assessment and intervention procedures.
- Provide oversight for generalization and parent-training sessions, including telemedicine.
- Provide behavioral consultation service as needed and serves as a clinical resource for all behavioral staff.
- Demonstrate the ability to appropriately aid the needs of children and adolescents with or without a developmental disability and their families.
