Enrollment Representative Main Responsibilities:
- Listens effectively and empathetically to customer concerns in order to provide the appropriate deals and promotions
- Ability to clearly and accurately communicate with new enrollees as well as display professionalism when interacting with customers
- Act as face and initial point of contact for our brand through community support and customer engagement to educate on program products and services
- Support company goals of high performance boosting sign-up metrics, allowing our clients to achieve their goals of expanding their footprint
- Review customer inquiries, questions, and concerns on a regular basis to find potential areas of improvement that can be implemented in team training plans
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a smooth and seamless signing process
Enrollment Representative Job Requirements:
