Lacey Clinic details...
- NW Physical Therapy gives you the autotomy to create your own schedule!-- Possibility for 1x1 patient care
- Clinic has 1 full-time PT and one parttime staff member, seeing 50 patients per week
- minimum salary of $80,000 plus bonuses to be offered!
- $7,500 Sign-on-Bonus
- We can offer fully-funded residencies if accepted into our program!

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure

This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.
