Key Responsibilities:
- Handle list counts, suppression uploads, tracking numbers, and match-back analysis.
- Support new customer onboarding and campaign execution.
- Ensure tracking numbers, QR codes, and landing pages function properly.
- Follow up on client approvals, campaign delivery, and ROI tool activation.
- Analyze call quality and performance metrics for ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in UpSwell tools and campaign management.
