ob Title: Equipment Operator - Fracturing Operations
Location: South Texas (Hotel accommodations provided during work rotation)
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 2 weeks on, 1 week off rotation
Salary: Competitive, with potential for overtime
Reimbursable Expenses: Rarely applicable; however, any out-of-pocket expenses incurred during work will be reimbursed.
Job Summary:
As an Equipment Operator in our fracturing operations, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment at the wellsite. This role requires traveling to either the closest hotel to the location or to our yard in South Texas. Your focus will be on ensuring efficient and safe operation of all fracturing equipment under varying job demands.
Top Required Skills:
- Wellsite Safety Awareness: Upholding safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Fracturing Knowledge and Experience: Understanding of hydraulic fracturing operations and machinery with practical hands-on experience.
- Blender / Automated Data Processing (ADP) Operations: Expertise in managing and operating blending and ADP equipment efficiently.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to Take Direction Effectively: Follow instructions and implement strategies as directed by supervisors.

- Operate and maintain heavy equipment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Report any malfunctions or irregularities with the equipment.
- Participate in safety briefings and training sessions.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting of operations using computer systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in oilfield operations, particularly in hydraulic fracturing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Valid CDL – Class A license.
- Safety certifications such as Safeland or equivalent.
