Job Title: Financial Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements, investment proposals, and market trends.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and models.
- Assist in the evaluation of potential investments and monitor existing portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement investment strategies.
- Support the CFO with ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, and basic Portuguese.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Must be 100% onsite; no chance of remote work.
- Proven experience in financial analysis or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
