Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability for production needs.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of materials, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of shipments.
- Collaborate with vendors to maintain strong relationships and negotiate pricing.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to maintain adequate supply.
- Collect and analyze data related to inventory turnover, pricing, and stock levels.
- Assist in production planning by providing accurate material forecasts based on demand.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and updates in the system.
- Support the e-commerce team by ensuring that all materials required for online orders are readily available.
Experience
- Proven experience in inventory management or supply chain management is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
