Schedule: 4:30 AM – 4:30 PM, averaging 55 hours per week
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Production Associate to join our team in a dynamic warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will work both inside and outside the warehouse, performing essential tasks to support our delivery operations. This position involves lifting, cleaning, and assisting with loading and offloading trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine production tasks in and out of the warehouse
- Lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs on a regular basis
- Conduct basic housekeeping and clean equipment as needed
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work early morning shifts from 4:30 AM
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to safety
- Physical stamina for prolonged work hours (55 hours/week average)
- Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required
