Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous inspection and adherence to quality management protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality systems
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to perform accurate measurements
- Implement data collection processes to track quality metrics and analyze trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and enforce adherence to ISO 13485 standards and other relevant quality regulations
- Perform HACCP assessments to maintain food safety standards
Skills
- Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments
- Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 13485
- Knowledge of Calypso software for coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices
- Ability to conduct detailed data analysis and generate comprehensive reports
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
