Position: Oilfield Solids Control Technician
Location: Williston, North Dakota
Schedule: Rotating 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off
Hours: 12-13 hour days, averaging 91 hours per week
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $21 per hour
- Per diem: $45 per day (on-site)
- Housing provided on-site at the well site trailer
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain solids control equipment, including dryers, shakers, and centrifuges.
- Work with dozers and loaders as needed.
- Ensure efficient separation of drilling fluids and solids.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in oilfield solids control preferred.
- Familiarity with dryers, shakers, and centrifuges.
- Ability to work long hours in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Safety-conscious and reliable.
