Job Title: Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift
Location: Odessa, Texas
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour Overtime (OT at 1.5x)
About the Role:
We are seeking a hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Odessa, TX. This is a 2nd shift position with long hours and consistent overtime. Candidates must be reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience with SAP and inventory management is a big plus.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday (3:00 PM to finish)
- Every other weekend on-call
- 80 hours per week expected
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- Manage inventory and assist with cycle counts
- Operate within SAP or similar warehouse systems (preferred)
- Organize and maintain warehouse materials and supplies
- Assist with loading, unloading, and preparing shipments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred (not required)
- Experience using SAP or similar systems a plus
- Ability to work standing and moving for long hours
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Must be dependable and safety-focused
Compensation:
- $21.50/hour base pay
- Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
