Warehouse Technician – 2nd Shift
Location: Odessa, TX
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM to Finish
On-Call: Every Other Weekend
Average Hours: ~70 Hours/Week
We’re hiring a dependable Warehouse Technician to join our team in Odessa, TX for the second shift (3 PM to finish). This role supports operations related to Artificial Lift tools and parts, with responsibilities including inventory handling, order processing, and system entry. You'll work closely with our operations and logistics teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle receiving, storing, and shipping of artificial lift equipment and parts
- Use or learn SAP to enter inventory and process material movements
- Maintain accurate records using computer systems
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Support field operations with timely and accurate parts delivery
- Be available for on-call duties every other weekend
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse experience required
- Computer literacy is a must – familiarity with inventory systems and Excel
- Experience with SAP is preferred but not required
- Ability to work long hours (~70 hours/week including overtime)
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and move warehouse items as needed

Pay: Up to $21.50 per hour
