Duties

- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate assessments and timely repairs.
- Utilize automotive knowledge to identify necessary repairs, including mechanical components, oil changes, tire service, and diesel engine repair.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions in the dealership's management system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in auto service management.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repairs.
- Experience in auto service management or automotive sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with tire service procedures and techniques.
- Proven ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
