What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Content Strategist position at Uptown Marketing?
Overview
As Uptown Marketing’s Client Content Strategist, you will be responsible for creating content for client use, consulting on and facilitating branding efforts for clients while providing an outstanding client experience. This position will communicate with Account Managers as well as directly with clients regarding branding initiatives designed to complement Uptown’s digital marketing campaigns. The Client Content Strategist will also assist with Uptown Marketing’s company brand strategy and content creation as needed. This position reports to the Vice President.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Content & Strategy, graphics for client accounts – all industries.
- Consult with clients on branding strategy
- Photo and Video content creation for client Social Media platforms
- Account Support for Uptown Marketing clients
- Sales Support for Uptown Marketing sales team
- Backend client support functions including but not limited to: photo uploads, assistance with client onboardings as needed, client email communications as needed
- Assist with Uptown’s Marketing Girl/Guy Training Class – schedule classes, communicate with team members to facilitate trainings, create custom curriculum and graphics
- Assist with Uptown Special Projects – Team Events, Office Parties, local business & non-profit organization relationships, etc.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness to all client communications
- Communicate all client account activity in Salesforce and other internal systems thoroughly
- Follow all Uptown Marketing sales, retention, and operations processes
- Proactively research and stay informed of digital marketing and social media strategies/trends
- Any additional tasks assigned by CEO or VP
Requirements
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively take direction and prioritize
- An “above and beyond” attitude
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to problem solve
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media Platforms, Meta Business Suite, Canva
- Photoshop, CapCut experience beneficial but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
