We are currently looking for a skilled, personable & professional Maintenance Technician to join our Hyde Park team! This team maintains a number of properties scattered throughout some of the most desired neighborhoods in Cincinnati! As a Maintenance Technician , you will respond to residential service requests, complete unit turnovers, and support our Field Technicians with grounds care and trash management. The Maintenance Technician position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 am-5 pm, except when on-call. The position is $18 / hour and offers the incredible benefits listed below :

Maintenance Technician Qualifications :
The position is considered to have moderate to heavy physical demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to climb up to nine feet on ladders, work in overhead structures, walk, stand, twist, stoop, bend, squat, and kneel at least 90% of the workday. The employee will occasionally be required to lift, carry and / or move in excess of 100 pounds and frequently be required to lift, carry and / or move in excess of 50 pounds during the normal course of a workday.
