We are currently seeking Operations & Maintenance Technicians to join our team and help us deliver top-notch service to our residents. The Operations & Maintenance Technicians play a key role in maintaining the excellent standards of Uptown Rental Properties by addressing emergency maintenance requests, completing work orders efficiently, and ensuring open communication with residents and team members. This position starts at $18 / hr and is full-time, Monday-Friday, with a limited on-call rotation, and includes the stellar benefits listed below :
