The Role

As a Recruiter, you’ll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers across the organization to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent, ensuring every new team member embodies our values and contributes to our dynamic culture.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Experience in the Real Estate Development, Management, Rental, Leasing and Sales industry

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Leverage creative sourcing methods to attract high-caliber candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored hiring strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless, professional, and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Brand Champion: Represent Uptown Rental Properties as an employer of choice, showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and strategies.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2 years of professional recruiting experience (in-house or agency); industry-specific experience is a plus.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to create meaningful connections with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
  • Passion for Talent: A genuine enthusiasm for identifying and nurturing exceptional talent.
