What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Assistant/Veterinary Technician position at Uptown Veterinary Hospital?
We are Charlotte's only veterinary hospital in Uptown. We are a state of the art hospital looking to hire an experienced veterinary technician or skilled veterinary assistant.

Candidates must have previous veterinary experience, including but not limited to:
- Assessing patients and facilitating appointments
- Drawing blood
- Administering medications and injections
- Placing catheters
- Filling prescriptions
- Anesthesia monitoring
- Patient restraint
Previous veterinary experience of 1 year or more is required
