- Greet and welcome patients to the chiropractic office
- Assist patients with completing necessary paperwork and forms
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits
- Assist the chiropractor during patient assessments and treatments
- Perform basic patient assessments, such as taking blood pressure and measuring vital signs
- Educate patients on proper posture, exercises, and other self-care techniques
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Handle billing and insurance claims
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Ability to perform basic patient assessments, such as taking blood pressure
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling appointments and managing patient records
