**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, conducting patient assessments and implementing behavioral therapy interventions.
**Duties:**
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly
**Qualifications:**
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in behavioral health principles and practices
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral therapy
- Familiarity with special education practices
- Strong analytical skills for patient assessment
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively
- Experience in applied behavior analysis techniques
