Job Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Trains, coaches, and develops all Sales Associates to enable them to maximize their effectiveness and production.
- Designs, develops, and delivers core curriculum programs in alignment with Company objectives and initiatives.
- Facilitates large group virtual training sessions with the goal of training and developing Sales Associates' skills to enable them to maximize their effectiveness and production.
- Delivers core curriculum programs (new Sales Associate training, Lead Network Orientation, Rental Network Certification, etc.) in alignment with Company objectives and initiatives.
