About the Position

Exterior Cleaning techs wash Commercial and residential properties. Houses, exterior windows, driveways, pool decks, patios, roofs, etc. for residential homes and neighborhoods. Restaurants, schools, churches, etc. for commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Start the day at the office. Morning Meeting.
• Arrive at the pre-scheduled appointment.
• Provide the services requested by the customer.
• Do neighborhood marketing with signs and flyers.
• After your last appointment, head back to the office, check your truck, and head home for the day.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver License
• Pass a full background check
• Pass Drung Testing
• Able to lift 50lbs and be on your feet all-day
• Not afraid of heights or working with a ladder
• Work outside in all kinds of weather, all year long.
• A clean-cut, friendly, punctual individual with integrity.

Schedule:

• Day shift - With Some Nights and weekends available.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week
