To continue making an impact, they are currently looking for a Contract Bidding Manager who will oversee the end-to-end bidding process, from identifying opportunities and developing proposals to securing contracts.
Job Description
- Opportunity Identification :
Monitor State and Federal procurement portals for potential bids.
Collaborate with sales to evaluate opportunities.Develop expertise on clients and policies.Lead pursuit of IT contracts from state and federal clients.Proposal Development :Lead creation of quality proposals for RFPs.
Review RFPs and coordinate internally.Analyze operational and financial data.Ensure compliance and manage bidding process.Bid Strategy :Develop effective bid strategies.
Analyze competitors and market trends.Execute strategies aligning with goals.Conduct thorough market analysis.Relationship Building :Build and maintain relationships with agencies.
Collaborate with clients and partners.Contract Negotiation :Work with legal and finance for contract review.
Ensure alignment with company standards.Documentation and Reporting :Maintain bidding records.
Provide regular reports on bidding status.Submit bids adhering to requirements.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as a Bidding Manager, Bid Coordinator, or similar role.Extensive experience in bidding for State and Federal clients is a must.In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.Strong analytical and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.Excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Amenable to work for overlapping of 4 hours in EST time zone.Additional Information
