Data Analysis & Reporting :
Perform indepth analysis of revenue cycle data to identify trends gaps and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain reports dashboards and performance metrics to track key performance indicators such as days outstanding in AR denial rates claim rejections and cash collections.
Utilize analytics tools and software to model financial impacts of process changes and initiatives.
Project Management :
Manage or assist in RCM projects that improve workflow efficiencies reduce costs and enhance overall revenue cycle performance.
Work with IT and system administrators to implement and test system updates new software or enhancements that impact the revenue cycle.
Financial Impact :
Conduct financial impact analyses related to changes in payer contracts reimbursement rates or regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate revenue forecasting budgeting and financial planning.
Qualifications : Education :
Bachelors degree in healthcare administration finance business or a related field.
Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management healthcare analytics or related areas with a strong focus on data analysis and process improvement.
Skills :
Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel.
Strong understanding of healthcare billing and payer regulations.
Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical audiences.
