The Continuing Care Center at Thompson is looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join our team as the MDS / Quality Coordinator.
MAIN FUNCTION
- Lives the CARES values at all times. Commitment, Action, Respect, Excellence, Service.
- Responsible for pre-admission screening, determination of skilled coverage and overseeing accurate Minimum Data Set (MDS) coding and development of the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.
- Additionally this individual would be responsible for the coordination of the Medicare determination and certification requirements.
- Works closely with the Director of Clinical Compliance and the VP of Nursing for Senior Living Services to support the mission and strategic imperatives of Thompson Health.

Pay Range : $26.50 - $40.00 (dependent on if RN or LPN candidate)
Starting Pay : Based on Experience
