Main Function :
- Provides nursing professional development and education services by assisting outpatient medical office nurses in preparing for contemporary practice
- Support nurses in acquiring the knowledge and skills needed to competently carry out all facets of the nursing process and clinical standards as defined by the American Nurses Association.
- Provides education and development for additional clinical positions in the office setting including medical office assistants, patient care technicians, etc.
- Utilizes theory-based practice integrating the domains of the Nurse Educator role to include advanced practice clinical specialty skills, education, research, leadership, and consultation
