Job Summary
As a Keyholder, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the retail store. You will assist the Store Manager in managing daily activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Assist in managing inventory levels and merchandising displays
- Train and supervise retail staff to ensure high performance and productivity
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements
- Experience in retail sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent math skills

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
