What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager on Duty (Part Time) position at Urban Air Adventure Park?
The Manager role is an essential key to the success of Guest experience at Urban Air. It includes performing a variety of duties, including opening and closing responsibilities such as assigning tills and preparing deposits, ensuring staffing is adequate to support Guests and programs, conducting pre-shift meetings with the team, managing cleaning responsibilities, etc.This role is also essential to the success of parties and creating the best guest experiences at those events at Urban Air. This role includes, but it is not limited to, fully supporting the Managers/ Community Outreach Coordinator, booking birthday parties, booking group events, the organizing of events and researching community events for the Urban Air Team to participate in.

Qualifications:
-Minimum education: High School Graduate (Great job for an active college student)
-Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays
-2 years minimum of personnel management (hospitality, restaurant, recreational facility background preferred)
-Demonstrated leadership in a customer centric environment
-Must LOVE engaging with the community (that means kids, teens, young to older adults)
-First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
