Assistant General Manager of Operations

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service within our environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for management, and the ability to effectively manage and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of daily park operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Conduct interviews, recruit, and train new employees, ensuring a smooth employee orientation process
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management is a MUST
• Strong interviewing skills with a track record of successful recruiting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Familiarity with employee training programs and performance management practices is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
