Urban Culture is a Clothing Boutique for women located in Sarasota, FL. We are looking for a part-time Assistant Store Manager for our new location in St. Armand's Circle.
The ideal candidate must be outgoing, friendly and energetic. Candidate must love working with shoppers and providing a memorable shopping experience for our customers. This job has the potential to grow into a store manager position.
Duties:
- Assist store owner in boutique daily operations: including inventory management and stocking merchandise
- Act as liaison between store owner and staff
- Supervise staff
- Assist with packaging of online orders
- Assist with marketing and sales
- Answer customer questions and provide a memorable shopping experience for all customers
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Self-starter
- Ability to work independently
- Social media experience (preferred)
- Marketing experience (preferred)
- Takes initiative
- Strong customer service skills
- Willing to train the right candidate
Job Type:
- Must be able to work Monday- Saturday (nights and weekends)
Education:
- High school diploma
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
