Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment and contribute to the success of our store.
Duties:
· Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
· Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
· Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately
· Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
· Stock shelves and merchandise products
· Assist with inventory management and replenishment
· Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
· Upsell products and suggest additional items to enhance the customer's shopping experience
· Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
· Create content for our social media platforms
Qualifications:
· Previous experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers preferred
· Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
· Knowledge of jewelry sales techniques is a plus
· Strong cash handling skills
· Must be fluent in English
· Technical sales knowledge is an advantage
