Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Landscape Architect to join our in-office team. This position offers the opportunity to work on development projects that shape communities. You will gain hands-on experience in the design process, government approvals, economic considerations, construction phases, and community engagement, providing a solid foundation in landscape architecture and urban planning.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior landscape architects and urban planners on projects for developers and government entities.
- Contribute to the development of site plans, master plans, and landscape designs for diverse projects.
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and visualizations for client presentations and public meetings.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, feasibility studies, and code-compliance materials for agency submissions.
- Participate in community outreach and stakeholder engagement to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Attend site visits and assist with construction observations, learning the design-to-construction process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; experience with GIS or 3D rendering is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Eagerness to work in a team-oriented, in-office environment.
- Attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for planning impactful development projects.
