Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and functional exterior skin design solutions for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This role involves collaboration with project teams, consultants, and clients to translate concepts into detailed architectural elevations and renderings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review site analysis, zoning research, and feasibility studies to support project development.
- Develop design concepts, renderings, and presentations for architectural projects by utilizing 3D modeling, rendering, and BIM software (Revit, SketchUp, Enscape etc.) to produce high-quality visualizations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project phases.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Support the coordination of architectural work with engineering disciplines.
