You are also:
- A good communicator with 2 years of experience in the property management industry
- Have had some exposure to new construction/lease up properties
- Work inan urgent and organized fashion consistently
- Strong in salesand communication with a work history of sales related positions
- Able to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly leasinggoals
- Able to process paperwork with minimal to zero errors
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Effectively present information to management and residents
- Proficient with basic computational skills such as addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Able to complete file audits and work comfortably with Microsoft office suites including excel
- Experience with or able to learn Google Suites
- Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
- Experienced working across multiple departments with managers of varying degrees
- Customer-focused
- Up to date with all Fair Housing Regulations, local ordinances and laws, and other legal issues affecting property management
- Familiar with Yardi or equivalent property management software
- Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 8 hours per day. Walking and standing are required. The length of time for these tasks may vary from day to day
- Requires standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating
- Must be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers filing systems, and other office equipment as needed
