Job Responsibilities:
- Mentors a crew of 1-3 landscape technicians, fostering a positive team environment while ensuring high-quality project completion
- Efficiently executes planting designs, ensuring proper installation techniques and plant health
- Proactively evaluates and prepares job sites, anticipating potential challenges
- Trains staff in pruning, weeding, and mulching techniques
- Drives trucks and operates equipment safely and proficiently
- Tracks job hours and materials to ensure we stay within budget
- Communicates effectively with clients, management, and team members
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in landscape or hardscape installation (installation of plant materials; installation of pavers, stone or crushed stone walkways/patios, retaining walls, etc.)
- Ability to read and execute a detailed landscape plan
- Ability to drive a pick-up truck with trailer and operate small machinery
- Must have valid driver's license and insurance (CDL not required)

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
