Barback

Urban Egg is America’s Best Breakfast ® and we are looking for a motivated Bar Back to add to our team. This is a tipped position where you can earn a great hourly wage!

In the Barback position, you will assist the Bartender in general duties such as making drinks (both alcohol and barista drinks), washing dishes, removing trash, etc. Join our team and experience what a true work family is. Responsibilities

• Assist Bartender with making drinks and /or garnishing outgoing drinks.
• Stocking bar glass and various items.
• Keep dishware stocked and washed.
• Prep for various bar drinks.
• Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu items.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean bar environment.
• Prepare drinks according to RMRG’s standards.
• Ensure that recipe accuracy and time preparation time standards are adhered to.
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by Bartender or supervisor.
• Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.

Pay rates:

• Colorado Springs: Starting at $11.40
• Johnstown/Fort Collins: $11.40
• Denver: Starting at $15.27

Paid Sick Leave-Colorado

Accrued Paid Sick Leave

Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Employees earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.
