Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, providing active, hands-on management to ensure service and hospitality are being delivered by our exceptional staff members to each and every valued guest.
Responsibilities include managing team members, driving financial performance and promoting a hospitable environment to employees and guests alike. Successful candidates should be committed to quality, thoughtful leaders, confident decision-makers, able to develop future leaders and provide an environment that recognizes and rewards outstanding performance. Our General Managers ensure our restaurants are top in class, growing and meeting financial objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to our team.

Accrued Paid Sick Leave-Colorado
Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), RMRG provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location:
Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Employees earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.
