Sales/Production Account Coordinator
General Characteristics:
A seasoned high energy individual with excellent communication skills. Should be capable of performing multiple tasks and processes in a flexible yet highly efficient manner.
Qualifications Required:
Highly organized and detail-minded individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. Able to maintain and build accurate and timely processes to ensure order fulfillment.
Exercises strong communication skills with team members, vendors and customers. Position combines office and warehouse duties.
Sage 50 and Hubspot knowledge helpful.
Primary Duties:
Commercial Sales Research and Outreach Sales Campaigns
Assist Key Accounts Director in Expanding Customer Base and Sales Increase
Attend Weekly Store Development Meetings
Identify and Catalog Product Specifications and Control Samples
Manage Customer Outreach in the Sales Software
Manage Sales Quotes/Orders in the Accounting Software
Maintain Order Spreadsheet and Backlog for Order Fulfillment
Maintain Production Calendar
Shipping Logistics
Customer and Vendor Communication via Telephone, Email and In Person
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
