Duties

- Lead cross-functional teams in project management efforts, ensuring timely completion of projects within scope.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners to optimize resources.
- Foster a culture of leadership by mentoring and developing team members across various departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Experience
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, project management, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
