What You’ll Do
- Lead 45-minute 1-on-1 training sessions that combine corrective exercise, golf-specific movement, and mobility training
- Conduct in-depth physical assessments to build personalized training plans
- Help clients improve golf performance, reduce injury risk, and increase mobility
- Collaborate with Golf Coaches and Recovery Specialists to provide a unified client development plan
- Manage your schedule, communication, and planning through MINDBODY and internal tools
- Guide clients through tours and confidently convert leads into committed clients
- Maintain a professional and client-first presence that reflects the UGP brand
- Provide weekly performance updates to the Fitness Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology or related field (preferred)
- Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, CSCS, ACE, or equivalent (Required)
- 1 year of 1-on-1 or group training experience
- Golf experience strongly preferred (must carry or have carried a handicap/index)
- Sales experience or interest in performance-based incentives
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Upbeat, enthusiastic, and team-oriented personality
- Tech-literate (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, MINDBODY, etc.)
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend availability
