Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR reports and metrics
- Collect, compile, and analyze data to support HR initiatives and decision-making
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support the administration of compensation programs, including salary surveys and market analysis
- Assist in the development and maintenance of job descriptions and salary structures
- Provide support in the annual compensation review process
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and provide accurate information
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with a high level of proficiency with Excel. HRIS experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated, eager to learn and comfortable working independently
- Team - Oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, supportive environment
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills with a shared dedication to making a positive environmental impact
