Job Description:
We are looking for Nurse Practitioners or Physician assistants to serve in the role of Clinical Site Director. The Clinical Site Director will provide clinical leadership and work collaboratively with the Administrator of the community health center to ensure patients receive high quality care. The Clinical Director will manage a panel of patients and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high level of open communication with the Administrative Staff and UHP associates. The person will collaborate with the Provider Staff and serve as a channel from Medical Board to the Site and serve as a resource to staff. The person will also interact with Medical Affairs and have requirements and duties to ensure provider recruitment, retention, and mentoring. They will be under the Supervision of the Medical Director of the UHP Satellite CHCs.
Salary Range: $150,000 to $160,000
Experience and Skills:
- Completion of an approved/accredited educational program for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Valid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLS
- Ability to effectively communicate, follow established procedures and protocol
- Understanding of and passion for Community Healthcare is preferred
