**Job Title:** Clinical Social Worker (Bilingual English/Spanish)
We are seeking highly qualified Clinical Social Workers to join our team at Urban Health Plan. Our clinical associates work in the capacity of psychotherapists, providing individual therapy to our patients.
The Behavioral Health Services Division within our outpatient primary care health centers focuses on promoting the health and wellness of our patients through evidence-based clinical therapy.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conducts individual psychotherapy and counseling services to children, adults, and families.
- Maintains skills and knowledge in clinical theory and practice to help patients overcome dependencies, adjust to life changes, and improve their overall well-being.
- Engages in crisis intervention when necessary and refers patients or families to community resources.
- Provides consultation to medical providers.
**Requirements:**
- Master's Degree in Social Work required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish, strongly preferred.
- 2 years of previous experience in a mental health clinic, hospital, behavioral health, or similar setting required.
