Position Summary:
Our Specialty Department employs community-driven and highly skilled clinicians to provide integrated care in our Health Centers. We are seeking new associates to join our team in the capacity of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician. The PM &R physician will provide outpatient consultation. The PM & R physician will consult with patients, conduct tests and procedures, make diagnoses, prescribe medication and provide treatment. The PM & R physician will collaborate with physical therapists, primary care providers and other professionals to discuss care plans and progress in a collaborative team approach model. Part-time or full-time positions available!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical School
- Completion of approved residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Board certification required. Valid NYS and DEA License.
- At least 1-year experience.
- BE/BC
- Ability to successfully interact and communicate with a diversified population.
- Bilingual, (English/Spanish) a plus.
Salary Range: $200,000 to $250,000 a year
