Full Time Temp Roles at Urban Health Plan (Admin and Clinical Support Positions)At Urban Health Plan we hire full-time temporary associates to work on our team to cover for spans of 3-month (or greater) assignments throughout the year. We are currently seeking applicants that are looking for seasonal / temporary roles in alignment with their availability to fulfill Patient Service Representative positions at Urban Health Plan. Minimum Qualifications : -High School Diploma required Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with clerical / administrative functions is required, ideally in a health care setting. -Bilingual English / Spanish required. -Must have excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional experience to patients.-Understanding of phone etiquette and standard office procedures. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Starting Compensation : $18.75 per hour based on 40 hours per week ($39,000 annualized). Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule : Applicants must be comfortable working onsite, based out of The Bronx and have availability to commit to a schedule of 40 hours per week, working Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturdays- 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.
