Position Summary :
We are currently searching for a Senior Social Service Representative who will provide assistance to patients including special populations as assigned. The Senior Social Service Representative will also provide general and specialized screenings, assessments, advocacy, and referrals to internal and external services as needed.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High School Diploma required.
- Previous experience working in a community-based health center or similar setting.
- Bilingual Spanish / English required.
- 2 - 5 years of related experience providing support services, health advocacy, or related field required.
- Proficiency with computers and software.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
Key Duties :
Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule :
The Bronx, Hybrid, 4 Days onsite, 1 day remote, Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm.
Starting Compensation : Minimum : $21.63 Hourly; Maximum : $21.63 Hourly
