Job Description :
The Project Manager will oversee the planning and construction of our flatworks and / or infrastructure sites. The Project Manager will work with clients to understand their goals and needs, then build a schedule for their crew to follow. The Project Manager will oversee the entire construction process and ensure everything runs smoothly for the project to be successful.
Responsibilities :
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Maintain transparent communication channels with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate subcontractor scopes, activities, and payment terms.
- Keep accurate records of project progress, financial analysis, budgets, and documentation.
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and submit progress pay applications accurately and promptly.
- Manage project close-out procedures, including startup, commissioning, and warranty.
- Identify and address job site hazards promptly and efficiently.
- Delegate tasks to project staff and organize team efforts effectively.
- Lead project teams effectively, ensuring proper resource allocation.
- Ensure timely completion of all submittals and project correspondence.
- Provide support to multiple project teams as needed.
